Our primary objective is to value and support our clients wherever, whenever and however possible. Our staff will provide the highest level of attention and dedication to all of them. Following conditions apply on our Refund policy:.

One Time Services - Refund

• • If an order is cancelled within 3 days after making the payment and before any work has been done, we will refund 100% of the payment.
• • If the work has already begun, the maximum refund will be 50% of the payment. There will be no refund if more than 50% of the work has been completed.

Monthly Services - Refund

• • You are billed at the beginning of the month for a minimum of one month. This first month's payment is hereafter referred to as the first billing period.

• • You can not cancel any order before the first billing period. After the first billing you will have the ability to cancel the service. Once cancellation is complete, you will not be charged.
• • If you cancel your order any time after the first billing period but before the next billing period, you will not be charged for the next month but you will be responsible for whatever charges that have been incurred as applicable fees.

Search Engine Optimization Service Fees
SEO services shall commence upon the receipt of 50% of the contract value before the specified commencement date. Upon the successful fulfillment of contract requirements, the remaining 50% shall be paid.

In case our SEO expert fails to meet the contract requirements within the stipulated time frame, clients are guaranteed a full refund of the 50% paid at the start of the contract.
The contract shall remain binding unless and until terminated by either party giving 60 days notice expiring at any time after the end of the Initial Term or otherwise in accordance with any other clause specified in the contract.

Applicable Fees    
You will be responsible for all applicable usage fees, access charges, taxes, surcharges, or other charges through the termination date. Please contact Solsnet for more information about applicable fees.
