We never sell or rent out the information provided to us by our clients. All the information we ever collect from our customer is just used to make further improvements in our customer services.

Domain Registration
In the case of domain registration Solsnet acts as an agent between the naming authority and the customer. The customer will be bound by the terms laid out by the naming authority. A copy of these terms can be supplied on request. Solsnet gives no guarantee that a particular domain name can be registered moreover registration can only be assumed when the relevant naming authority confirms registration. The Customer agrees to indemnify Solsnet in any such claim where the rights of a third party may be infringed.

Existing Website, Email and/or Database Transfer
Solsnet can provide you with an experienced transfer specialist who will make every effort to assist you in transferring your website to Solsnet from another host. Solsnet does not guarantee any time frame for the transfer, space availability, or in some cases the possibility of a website, email account or database transfer. In this case our Transfer specialists are unable to assist you in transfer of your data from another host; your purchase will be refunded in full.

Backups and Data Loss
Links.  While this website may contain links to third-party sites, Solsnet is not responsible for the content of any linked sites. Solsnet provides these links as a convenience or reference and does not endorse these companies or their content.

Project Completion
After completion of any custom project Client will receive only the design files required to operate Client's website. No source or saved files will be provided by Solsnet unless prior discussion with Business management and payment for said files is issued. Files issued upon project completion may include, but not be limited to .jpg, .bmp, .swf, .gif, .html, .php, .cgi. In case of logo, business card, or general corporate identity design Client shall receive all saved/original documents and required material to replicate printing of such design.

Solsnet reserves the right to terminate any project at any time and issue a refund for the total amount received to date less the value of the developed project material to date.

Third-Parties' Privacy Policy
This site may contain links or references to other websites to which these Terms and Conditions do not apply. Additionally, the inclusion of any such link does not in any way imply referrals or endorsement by Solsnet.com, its affiliates, subsidiaries or parent company of the linked site; such links are provided for convenience only. We encourage all Users to review said privacy policies of third-parties' sites.

Clause/Agreement
By entering into any transaction with Solsnet, Client agrees to and understands the TOS policy. Inability to comply with TOS may result in legal actions, 3rd party collections, or mandatory arbitration. Arbitration fees will be paid for in full by the Client. Any transaction between Solsnet and Client shall be governed by the laws of Canada and the province of Ontario. Legal disputes shall be addressed in an Ontario, Canada court of justice.

Spam Policy
Our policy on spam is: we DO NOT tolerate sending of unsolicited e-mail, bulk emailing, and spam using on our servers. "Safe lists" and "double opt-in" emails will be treated as spam. Any user who sends out anything we classify as spam will have their account terminated with or without notice.
Any account which results in our IP space being blacklisted will be immediately suspended and/or terminated. If your IP space is blacklisted, we will notify you via email and your account will not be restored until the infraction is explained or remedied. If your account generates more than 2 IP blacklist infractions your services will be terminated without notice.
Solsnet reserves the right to changes or disable any website, account, database, or other component that does not comply with its established policies, or to make any modifications to the site an/or account content in an emergency at its discretion.

Indemnification
Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Solsnet from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney's fees asserted against Solsnet, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns. Customer agrees to defend and indemnify Solsnet against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Solsnet
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party
(3) copyright infringement
(4) any defective products sold to customers from Solsnet's server.

Solsnet shall not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Solsnet makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide. Solsnet disclaims any warranty or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This includes loss of data resulting from delays, no deliveries, wrong delivery, and any and all service interruptions caused by Solsnet and its employees.

Disclosure to law enforcement
Solsnet may disclose any subscriber information to law enforcement agencies without further consent or notification to the subscriber upon lawful request from such agencies. We will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies.
